Fairy tales no more
Mary's asylumPoor Mary grew up well, maybe too well some say. A rich, rich Daddy, Mary never paid her own way. And Mary left her home, to find a love that wasn't there. And Mary lost her mind, along the endless road somewhere. So Mary built a castle, whose walls were inside out. How was she to know? No love within or without. No gate and no windows, but complete with a moat. Mary's bricked inside, and no one has a boat! And she's backed into a corner, But that's not what she believes. She built Mary's Asylum, so why should she leave? Mary had some visitors, just a few days back. Mom and Daddy came to see her, to give her what she lack. But the doctors said "She's gone looking for love . Mom And Dad left the strangers, and that's a sad true fact. And the castle's getting warmer, and Mary doesn't grieve. It's Mary's Asylum, so why should Mary leave? Mary kind of likes it here. The silence fits like a glove. Since there's no intrusion or fear, she thinks she found love. She thinks she found love.......... She thinks she found love.......... That's what she believe............ It's Mary's Asylum................. So why should Mary Leave?.......... It's Mary's Asylum. So why should Mary leave?.......... It's Mary's Asylum.
